Evening gents, I've been searching for a while but have found part numbers scattered here and there and just trying to confirm the part numbers needed for the 105 steering upgrade. This is what I have so far:

105 series Sector Shaft 44111-60060
105 series Pitman arm 45411-60360
80 series Reseal kit 04445-60050

If these are correct, what would the part number be for the bolts that hold the box to the frame and the castle nut at the bottom of the pitman? Also any other part number that I should tackle while im in there? Getting ready to do a rebuild. Thanks

I would seriously consider purchasing a new steering box. Many have done a rebuild, only to have to rebuild again months later. Even when the rebuild was done by shops that do that for a living. Buying a new steering box was one of the best decisions I made during my baseline/rebuild.

I went with the 105 box and pitman arm from cruisermatt…couldn’t be happier…added the delta frame reinforcement plates and replace the rag joint and coupler along with a Dobinsons steering damper and marlin crawler tie rods…
Tight as a ducks ass

But what about the other 23940829048 mods I have in mind? :D :d

:p Believe me, I hated paying extra $ for a new box instead of rebuilding one. But when you hear others having theirs rebuilt and still not feeling tight, or having to rebuild it again after a few months, you'll wish you just got a new one instead. My buddy paid $500 to have his rebuilt professionally by some redhead, only to welcome the loose steering feel months later.

Yea it’s not a rebuild, it’s a reseal. You can’t undo the miles…

I’m seriously considering the 105 box, after having bought the sector shaft and pitman arm. The spare box I have does only have 140K miles.

Prolly the reason to reseal is for porting for hydro assist at the same time and that gets back to square one.

You'll need the larger nut and lock washer that hold the pitman arm onto the sector shaft as well.
It's called a castle nut in the EPC, but it's just a regular hex nut- no provision for a cotter pin.
Nut, Castle (For Pitman Arm) 90170-22058
Washer, Spring 94511-02200

you should be able to re-use the bolts that hold the steering box to the frame.

45230-60010 is the complete flex coupling assembly. Don’t believe there is a “rag joint” and “coupler” separate from this?

I just bought the 105 box from Impex. $1,178 shipped from Japan at a four decade USD to Yen strength. No brainer.

Impex just uses Toyota OEM part numbers.
