There is a similar one in Charlotte for a little more and it spent time in NY. So it has some rust underneath (I requested some pics). No thanks... Prices are getting out of control.

Maybe I'm out of touch but I don't think that's a crazy high price. IF its got the excellent maintenance history and had no other issues (i.e. sunroof, no dings, etc...). However, for an 06 that's the "its perfect" price. For reference, I paid $25K for "the one" in April 2017 (2007) model.

I hope you got no AHC and a non-nav model which I doubt, that would command a premium. Otherwise, I'd say way over priced; that is unless it was something odd like a 105; it wouldn't even have been available.

Two years ago I got 18k on my 04 trade when I bought my off lease lx. It was a black 04 with 93k. Very nice rig. It was wholesaled to a used dealer who asked $26k. It sold there within a month. I think low to mid 20’s are a reality on these now. I will say, having now owned three of these rigs. (two 100’s and a 200) this one looks solid but looks to have been prettied up a bit. I noticed a few items that tell me it’s a flip rig by a cat who knows how to prep for sale. I hope he makes a few grand if he was lucky and astute enough to grab this one out of suburbia.

Clearly detailed underneath with black paint. The cup holder lid trim has been changed out. Looks like fresh window tint (no twelve year old purple hue) new tires. Boardectomy is never performed by the mall crawler folks. The armrest has those Home Depot extra long “trim board” scratches. All that said, if it is a true southern car, it looks like a good one and, nothing I see from the pics supplied scares me at all. I sure would like to see a carfax and some belly photos.

This one is too nice to trail with. It needs the boards back on and a good warm garage to sleep in for the next 10 years where it is fanatically cared for by a lucky mom who’s husband should be cherished for hauling his most prized possessions in a LC vs a new CUV or mini van death trap.

I love to see these rigs going up to crazy numbers. I have a 2002 with 66k miles sitting in a warm dry garage right now. When prices get too stupid, I may have to cash in and get that perfect 62 I have always wanted or maybe that first gen blazer.

I say it is worth close to that mid ‘20’s number if the bottom is relatively rust free, the car fax is clear and sunroof gets fixed. You have to watch those drains and windshield frame rust.

And for goodness sake clean and lube those battery terminals!!!!!!! Gosh I hate flat-rate.

I actually like the AHC system. However, my experiences have only been positive. If it fails, I'll just ditch it. There are not an abundance of rust free, low mile, never missed a dealership service, one owner 100's out there. I shopped for a year. I chose to pay up for it. (nada at the time was $25900, i paid $25000). It was and still is as close to showroom new as possible. There were a line of guys within a week of it being put up for sale. Matter of perspective I guess, but those things were important to me. I don't think this one is worth the price with the issues it has but without the issues I think it would go fast in the $23-24K range.
