Is this the right belt tensioner for a 100 series?

The original pulley is ~102mm diameter vs. the new at ~90mm.

My friend/mechanic feels like the new pulley requires a smaller belt and may be for a Tundra, etc.

To me, it looks like the pulley on the new one sits at the same height as the original.

The new tensioner is part # 16620-0W101.

What say the mud experts?

Part is correct. Tensioner will take up the extra slack.

Thanks @hoser - that's what I thought too.

I recently had the same dilemma. Originally bought just the pulley and tried to install it on the original tensioner bracket but the pulley was too small and hit part of the tensioner. Ended up installing the part on the right while keeping the same belt and all was well.
