What's your location. I'm in SoCal. You could use my talegate while I'm working on my truck. How long do you think you would need it?

I recently moved to Fresno
I'm heading to Westminster this weekend to fab up 8 tailgates (FJ80 + FJ60) and 4 sets of FJ60 quarter panels.
Unfortunately I don't think I will have the time to R&D for the 100 series anymore, my dad and his shop were keys to these projects. I usually spend 3 days (10 hrs/day) doing R&D, fitment and refinement before I can crank out something reasonable.

I like this idea, but second the idea of it needing a soft cover material. I sit on my tailgate a lot and can't imagine how hot this would get sitting in the sun for a short period of time!
