Would a mostly baselined 99 with 276k be of any interest? I have a second kiddo on the way and 3 daily drivers just won't cut the mustard anymore. Its the grey one in the pic.

Looks pretty good. No info on service though. May be due for timing belt or other pricey repair. Might be why they are selling. Good price though.

^^ That ad got my attention yesterday. Over the last month or two there have been 2 other ads on Houston CL for a very similar truck. In the other 2 ads the exact same pics were used for trucks with different miles on them. It was posted once advertising 150,xxx miles, then a couple weeks later was another post with all the exact same pics but advertising 200,xxx miles and omitting the pic with the odometer.
This ad has different pics but it was a silver 100 that looked just like this and the cuts on the side of the drivers side seat looks very similar what I saw in the other two ads. All 3 ads were in Sugarland too. Also, paper plates... and the phone number search turns up a Facebook page for "Texas Multi Services" some kind of title transfer company and it's all in Spanish, and that FB pages has a grand total of 2 posts ever. This isn't just some guy selling his 100. The use of the word "rare" is also a redflag for a snake oil salesman. Noting rare about a 100, and I don't think a legit seller would claim that. I might be misremembering the other two bogus ads that looked like suspiciously like this truck but at the very least some diligence is due here if looking at that truck.

Wow good catch. Now that you mention it, I have seen similar ads. I got my lx470 from Houston Craiglist a few weeks ago, so I've been checking frequently lately. Probably be careful with that one...

UPDATE 10/19/19 - After some soul searching I've realized that I just can't get rid of the 80. It was too hard to find and I'm convinced I'll never find another 'perfect' truck like the one I have. So I'm gonna keep the 80 and get it as kid friendly as I can over the next few months.
