100 Series Land Cruiser

I am searching for a nice 100 Series Land Cruiser in the $XX - $18k range.

Obviously I want the newest, lowest milage and best condition that I can afford.

There are tons FS on Auto Trader but I would prefer to buy one from a 100 Series lover here on 'MUD.

It must be 100% rust-free! Well-executed mods (lift, tires, locker(s), bumper, etc) would be a big plus.
