Thanks for talking about starters. Mine is about to go tits up. Need to find someone to replace it. How much should that cost for labor. Should I get a NAPA or OEM one?

Yeah it is but I really like that blue with the grey trim. Its just a unique color. You don't see them in that blue ever. Plus its an 06 and mine is a 2000.

Havent seen it once. I still think its a rare color for a LC.
 
Natalie is starting to talk about a LC. We have looked the last 2 nights on all the usual sites and it seems to me, according to this thread, that ALL the decent trucks are being exported.

We have to liquidate her 4runner first so we aren't moving on one right now (probably this summer) but starting to look.

She wants white or light grey....$25-$30k (hard part is finding 70k miles or less for this)

Andy I need to get her in yours so she can "test drive"

Is it possible to find an 07-08 or is it a pipe dream? KBB shows an 06 with 70k on it for $29k but her 4runner is an 06 and she wants something newer.....:rolleyes:

I'm hoping gas prices soar this summer and we can find said truck being traded in......thoughts?
 
Shush about the gas prices! We have wheelin' trips to take and I don't want to have to sell shirts at every gas stop!
 
She can drive mine whenever. There is no way you find a 08 for that because 200s are still real high. It is doubtful you will find an 07 with 70k for that range either unless you are willing to travel far. She doesn't need to get hung up on a newer year or low low miles. Remember the 100s were about $60,000 new. You have to sacrifice year or miles to get an affordable one.

FIRST of all are you implying a new LC would even SEE dirt? HA!
SECONDLY are you impling I wouldn't pull me weight and help with gas since the trailor may have my rig on it?
THIRDLY I will be getting promoted this summer so I can hopefully afford summer gas!

I think 07 is the newest we could POSSIBLY go for $30k and since we have time to shop it may be doable. Heck after I sent that message she started in on Seqouias:doh:
