Thanks for sending Mike to me Jordan... Though I still didn't let is Toyota in my shop. Made it wait patiently outside the jeep shop while I did the bumper. :flipoff2: LOL

Well I had a hole bunch of pics... But I left the SD card out of the camera...:bang:

I did get these on Saturday though.

I started by removing the trailer hitch and tapping the forward frame nutserts to 1/2x13.

I should pick it back up from powder coat later today or tomorrow. Once I get it back I'll snap a few more pictures and upload them for you.

It came out pretty nice. Mike wanted it to look a lot like a slee's bumper with out the added swingouts... So I used that as a model then changed a few areas to set it off. It sits closer to the cross member and ties into the frame in a few extra places. I also angled the wings up further and added a skid under each side to help brace them and keep them from denting along the lower edge. Mike wanted a powder coat that matched his ARB bumper too. So I am having it done in a low gloss black.

We should get it all bolted up Wed. morning in time for the Toyota run out here at the SuperLift park of Thursday. If you guys are out there and see mikes 100, be sure to go check it out.

Nice work Chris! You've got a few hours in that thing!

Ya, about 30 hours total. I Worked from about 10am till 10pm on Sat. Then started back on it at 10am yesterday... I was up till 5am this morning finishing it up. Grinding and sanding the welds took close to five hours alone... But it's SO SMOOTH. I used a 4.5" grinding stone, then a 4.5" flap disk, then a 50 grit sanding pad then went over the whole thing with a 3" DA scotch brite to pollish the scrathes out. It will look like one solid piece once poweder coated.
