Seems to good to be true. That's a dirt cheap price for a brand new cruiser... Then add all the labor, material, and engineering to create an ambulance. IMHO that equals big $$$. But what do I know.

Dude, that is the starting bid. It prolly has a reseve as well if they know what hell they are doing. Check back in on the 18th an hour before the auction ends I am sure the price will be much higher unless no one bids.

Anybody know if the barn doors could be swapped into a US market 100 (tailgate style)? I know it isn't easy on an 80 as there are reinforcements on the barn door equipped 80's. I have dreams of someday converting my 100 into a pop-top camper.

The 100 doesn't strike me as really practical for an ambulance conversion. Don't they have access to sprinter vans or forward control minivans ?

And then take it to Iglhaut-allrad for their 4wd, triple locker conversion.
