As many cruiser owners admit, they would like a little more power. The only options that I have considered to achieve this is a late 70's fully electronic LC ignition and possibly a 2bbl carb to replace my 1 bbl. Is there much of a power/response gain by doing this swap, or is it a waste of time? My one barrel actually runs pretty good and can basically run while vertical or very sideways as long as the tank is picking up fuel. My pig is a 1969, the carb I was considering is an early 70's non-USA 2bbl. Thoughts, opinions? Webers are out of the question, this is a 4x4, not a VW bug. Fuel injection is more involved electronicaly and financially than I would like to go at the moment.
