does anybody know if 2010+ headlights and tailights are a direct plug and play swap with an 08? My headlights have a lot of yellowing and would like to gain some additional brightness and led running lights. I know the yellow can be polished out but want to upgrade if possible.

China made ones online seem to fit. Outside of that might require doing some wiring to make it fit. Connectors and all but I'm not 100% sure.
Which connectors for the ballast?
Digging up an old thread here. Is it possible to swap, with a bit of wiring mods, the 2008-2012 LX570 headlamp assemblies with 2013 and up assemblies?
Yeah, and don’t follow any advise from all the other forums that say they did. Not sure what wires they were crossing, but pins are dramatically different for the different lights.
Compare the pin outs and wiring diagrams from TIS or alldata.
Once you get the hi/low/Park and ground up, you get to add the CAN lines, low speed swivel, high speed swivel, and level.
Between that and the mirrors, it’s not for the faint of heart. But mine is complete and everything works.

Don’t forget you have to figure out how you want to use the new high and low LED swooshes. I decided to use the bright for additional turn signals and the low is on the park circuit. It looks neat
