07 LX470 three antennas

Might be a silly question, but I just noticed that my Lx470 has three antennas.

One on the front fender which goes up and down when the radio is on.

One on the passenger rear which is for satellite radio (a small cube).

Then a third mystery antenna that's a small rubber ariel on the drivers side rear. What's this one for? It's painted factory color, so I'm assuming it's stock.

I think some models had the option for a built in cell phone in the console.

The approx. 4 inch rubber coated antenna on DS rear roof? If so then that's the defunct Lexus Link antenna, it just unscrews so you don't have to look at a vestigial appendage.

Not all of the "Lexus Link" systems are defunct. The 1st gen "Lexus Link" (analog), in 03 & 04 LX470s, is defunct. The 2nd gen "Lexus Link" (CDMA), in 06 & 07 LX470s, still works just fine.

You're correct, my Lx470 does have the lexus link.
