‘07 LX 470 dash wood panel cracked

Long time lurker, first time poster.

I've had my '07 LX 470 for a few years now, 240K miles and still haven't broken the seal yet. It has become my obsession. I'm currently in process of updating/replacing worn out parts on the interior and have had zero luck in finding a replacement for the birdseye wood dash panel that has a crack running down the passenger side. After countless searches on eBay and other parts websites, I thought I'd reach out to this community that knows the most about these incredible trucks. Hope someone sees this and can offer some guidance or direction. Thanks y'all.

Remove all the wood trim entirely? Wait for a warm sunny day and peel it all off.

There’s no removing the wood trim in an lx.
Btw, mine is cracked too, although less conspicuously.
