06 LX470 Switch blank?

Been searching here and the Google but can't determine if there's a JDM switch or similar that can be added to the lower right switch blank below the cassette deck (really!? a cassette deck!!?).

Does anyone know what goes there and/or the availability of an OEM switch that I can put in there to hook stuff up?? It's similar to the older100 series LC blank in the center dash, but different.

If it's like the earlier 100s all of those switches are mounted to a board and are not individually replaceable. Not sure on the 03+.

I can pop off my small unused buttons on mine...they just clip in.

Hmmm... Pretty sure they're just part of the HVAC circuit board... been a while since I pulled mine out though.
