Yes it's still available, initially I was looking up a different part number I got off the internet. Called the dealer and they gave me the part number ranma21 posted.

Some sources (such as Lexus Parts Now) list 44250-60120 as correct for only the 2002-2003 model years. Is this definitely the correct rack for 2004-2007 LXs?

Put a reman by Maval on my '03 LX470 4 years ago, the original one was leaking and the bushings were toast. Haven't really put too many miles on it, no leaks, It just doesn't feel like the original one. That's why I'm going to recommend to put a factory one on this other LX470. Supposedly Maval did some rebuilding for Toyota, or at least that's what I was told.
Lexus parts now is not a site that can be relied on for anything including service, availability, refunds, or communication. They are not a parts warehouse, but merely a broker/website developer. They don’t know anything about anything and they have the same type of business model for 10 different brands of automotive vehicles. They are a terrible company and no one should ever spend a penny there even though their prices are sometimes good. Many other actual trustworthy Toyota businesses to be supported out there! With the recent sales where we have seen in nearly 50% off retail value, you can buy right from Toyota themselves. Needless to say, check your information with real Toyota professionals, not people who build websites to take advantage of a bubble.
