I was actually going to buy that and had a deal in place, but he didn’t have the title and it hasn’t been registered for past 3 years. He said the dealership he bought it from only gave him a Bill of Sale, but not the title. I ended up passing on that.

Also not “well maintained” per OP pre reqs. Flushes go a long way in keeping things functioning properly. Surprised how many I see that are at 150k + and have not had a brake fluid flush.

Huh? That truck is listed at $15.5k. We agreed at $14.9k. I don’t have a problem with that amount.

Two of my best friends are doctors. They beat up their cars, push the limits of oil changes, etc., and wouldn't buy anything they owned. I find it funny when people reference owners as doctors. I know people that make scratch and take care of their cars better.

Depends on your region. Here's a 2006 for $14k w/ 198k miles. Owner states fluids and tune up has been complete as have the timing belt and pump. Give him an inquire. No affiliation, but found on a quick search.
