Well, here is the build so far, lost my build on my local forum which has disappeared so I have to do this all over again, anyway let's get to the point.

Vehicle: 03 Tundra Regular Cab Base V8 4x4 with 450,000 km
Engine: Stock
Bumpers and Winch: Relentless Fabrications stealth front plate bumper and Engo E9000 steel cable winch (currently not installed, needs to be primed and painted when I have time), rear is stock or whatever is left of it.
Transmission: Transgo A340 Shift Kit (installed myself with much research, detailed thread to come) and Atp automotive shift solenoids (these are Rostra solenoids repackaged in an Atp automotive products box)
Suspension: Front, Recently (yesterday) swapped the stock coils and old part number Bilstein 5100's on 4th notch to Toytec OME 885 Struts/coilovers. Rear, stock leafs and stock reg cab overload, tapered 2" blocks (from a previous Rough Country 2.5" Lift kit) with Bilstein 5100's, Ruff stuff u-bolt flip plates and u-bolts, custom welded Ruff stuff 1/4" shock mounts.
Armor and misc: Trail gear weld on diff skid, stock front skid/splash guard (surprisingly durable). Homemade ifs diff, engine oil pan, front drive shaft and transmission pan skid plates.
Differentials: Stock 3.91 with oem clutch lsd in the rear, rear diff breather mod
Wheels and Tires: SCS wheels F5's 3.5" backspacing 16x8 in Matte Gunmetal, Bfg KO 285/75/16
Audio: Kenwood KFCP709ps component speakers with custom factory tweeter mount

On the To Do List

Things on my do do list include priming and painting my front winch bumper, installing and hooking up the winch and hopefully getting some fog lights for the round cutouts in the bumper (I really think the Piaa 510's are what I need). I'm feeling like all of this will be happening next spring as I don't want to be driving around in the salt with my brand new winch or bumper for that matter when I know it's not needed and not going to be used.

Also on the to do list are lockers, it's been probably 3 years of going back and forth between lockers, do I get auto like a detroit in the rear, truetrac in the front, do I go with electric Harrops front and rear, a mixture (auto rear, selectable front) or air actuated. After all that time I've decided to go with arbs front and rear as even with a mild stock lsd it makes winter driving more stressful, a detroit in my configuration (reg cab v8) would be terrible.

Tires and gears: Tires are currently doing their job but I think I'm going to be going with 315/75/16' s after these KO's wear out (either an all terrain or mud terrain, haven't decided yet what is best for my needs). For the trails I do and the places I explore/fish and want to explore the 35's will give just a little more clearance from bottoming out on rough trails.

Gears are also undecided, definitely going with Nitro's but the question is 4.56 or 4.88 (this is still undecided and depends on if some future mods are within the realm of possibility.

I probably missed some things but here are some pictures

Currently how the front sits with Toytec OME 885 struts, will they be sprung enough for the bumper and winch? I guess I'll find out. Currently the ride is very firm but not uncomfortable, I think these will work great with the extra weight on the way.

If you have any experience with nitro gears 4.56 or 4.88 and run 33s or 35s let me know your opinions, thanks
