Is it a Pre-Runner or a 4X4, Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think it can be both??

You are correct, prerunner is fancier way of saying 2wd. So it is either or. With that kind of MPG, I bet it is a prerunner. Also usually the rear mud flaps will say 4wd if so.

Sorry, I cut & pasted his e-mail - I ASSURE YOU it is 4 WHEEL DRIVE! I believe he used that in his Craigslist title so he gould get more hits in a search - but I wheeled with him in Sedona, Big Bear & other places, it is most definitely 4x4. I also called him to verify - it is 4WD! He is a mechanic for Gosch Toyota & Ford in Hemet, its a very well taken care of truck but business has slowed so much in this area that he is close to losing his job - thats the only reason its for sale.
