02 Land Cruiser Turn Signal Lens

My son just ran into the front turn signal with his scooter. The amber part of the lens broke. It almost looks like that part pops out but I'd be very surprised if that's the case. Do I need to replace the entire turn signal housing ? Anyone know how much that would run ?

Ok, Looks like I have to replace the whole thing. Anyone know how to get the lens out ? It looks like I may have to remove the battery to get access. Link to a write up ?

There are just a couple screws on the top (with the hood up). Once those are out the whole assembly just snaps in and out.

If I remember correctly, it's one phillips screw. One that's out you'll need to remove the harness and slide it the piece out at an angle. OEm part is around $65.

If you can just find the lens you may be able to bake it open and reseal it with the new lens.
