gotta new toy a couple of months ago..got lucky from what i hear...
found my 97 all stock, with 47k miles on it. from some lady who took it for a toyota check up every four months...almost new..
now im having fun making it my own...
so far..new tires, ome suspension, radio and speaker upgrade, husky liners, optima battery, headlight bulbs and of course changed all fluids ,spark plugs, filters.
been in the snow once , and it works great.. cant wait to get in the desert. a pleasure to drive.

Very, very nice. How do you guys stumble onto these things?!!! All the one's i've seen have over 100,000 miles, no lockers and the interior has gone to sh##t.

Depends on what you're willing to pay. Most of what I could find in my price range were 140K plus miles but I also didn't want to pay more than $7200.

I'm guessing jlc paid a pretty penny, or at least way more than I could pay, on that rig.

paid about blue book..and blue book had a lot more miles on it... all good

i did the ome stock springs with med/heavy shocks.it sits about 2,5 inches higher...
when i get a new bumpers( extra weight), ill change the springs to medium...
if it had med springs as it is now, the lift would be about 4 inches..

Wow, I thought the OME replacement springs only gave about 3/4" to 1" of lift. Looks good though.
