Update! Just put the part in and it takes 30 min tops to get the sensor out, cleaned, new bushing on and put back in. The old bushing was brittle and shattered like the images above.
I just put my leaf blower in the tail pipe and fired it up. A bit of soapy water and the Y pipes are both foaming like they are rabid. :) Have all the OEM parts from dealer. Figured while in there I will replace manifold gaskets too ... and manifolds b/c they were only $250 for the pair. Then...

Always paint mark your nuts/bolts. Check before you wheel and after. If they move you know how much. It's also helpful to see what you have replaced. I am on my second paint pen so a LOT of OEM parts going in! :rofl:
I cut the URDAB out, put in my Jeep, plugged the KV with an old plug from my flux capacitor and hoping it's not the head gasket, would rather it be the flexplate
Update on the Dorman so far, absolutely ZERO noise out of the gas cap, when you unscrew it it's like new. ZERO noise. Truck runs fine, now codes, no gas smell, seems to be working great. Now if I could only figure out the noise at the bell housing! :)
On my '97 FJ80 the PO's shop hacked up the fusible link. I just ordered 2 and a new female side of the plug as well. My truck starts, it chugs about 8 times before it fires up. Checked wires and grounds, battery is new, starter is ... aftermarket, probably AutoZone. I am going to switch out the...
