Hey guys, It seems crazy to me but my water pump pulley grenaded its self! Can’t seem to find one anywhere!
Anybody have?
I’m located in Ontario Canada 2hrs from Toronto but also have someone flying here from Seattle Washington in the next two days that could pick one up in that area! If none...
Yeah no worries, if you can’t make the sliders on those seats work I do suggest buying a pair of Sparco ones it’s a pretty nice mechanism and I think they’re relatively cheap off the website
Thanks, I think so as well.
The PO made it so I’d have to remove the gas tank to to remove the sparco rails. Working on gravel I opted to leave them installed haha… plus he did a nice job with Billet aluminum risers, and the rails are good quality and provide a flat 4 bolt pattern on both...
Thought id update since I said I would. Changed my mind last min and cancled the order on the procars. I didn't see the point buying brand new seats only to spend more money to re-upolster them. I bought these seats off a buddy for $250 and sold the previous ones for $600. They are from a '99...
Haven’t been able to find any info on the tub the PO did it. it says “peysar built” on the back (would love to know more about it. It has a cubby built in the back. Tank is mounted underneath between cubby and back of seats, haven’t had much experience with factory tubs but should mount similar...
This is going in an 81 bj42 with an aluminum tub so don’t have to worrie about that too much, going to be making my own brackets. Will update when I get the seats… aparently some time in April. No worries since I don’t drive it much in the winter.
Really was considering those however I think I’ll go for the procars temporary so I can budget a few other things like a roofrack that I’d like to do and reupholster the backseats they are significantly cheeper for now anyways.
Hello, I have been wanting to change my front seats out for a while now, PO put some sparco seats in and imo its not the vehicle for them, looks and suspension on a long trip.
I cant seem to find any info on the comfort of the factory seats unless you're super tall. The only pair I have been...
I would have thought with car sound deadening it needs to be on the metal to absorb the vibration, so I beleave that gluing it to the mats would have worked better with boat SD how do you find it?
That’s kinda the direction I’m headed I think the thinkness makes it a better sound deadener as well as i agree with Geezer Cruzzer it is a bit of lipstick on a pig and I love the gear wine but at some points I’d like a bit of sound deadening and it sort of is the last “issue to fix” on my build
the kill mat would have to be applied to the metal to work witch is a downside as I couldn't remove it whenever I wanted to. not too big of an issue, I guess I would just prefer whichever option would give me better sound deadening.
first post! so I'm hoping I'm posting this in the right area as I didn't see anything else relating to this on other threads.
Wondering if you guys have any experience with sound deadening the floors of your 40s.
I was originally thinking killmat, but now I'm wondering about boat engine...
