Hi all,
Is there anywhere to get a new blower motor complete with squirrel cage for an 88 fj62? After market preferred but may consider OEM is still avail and not a big pile of $$$$$$. Thanks.

Hi,
I have the corvette manifolds on my 5.3 and the o2 sensors work fine in stock location, never had a CEL light. I can't help with the mass air flow sensor since I don't have one on it.

Hi all,
I do not live in Cali but I did a 5.3 swap with 4l60e. Got the engine from BD Turnkey and there is wire provided in the harness he does that tells the trans when the transfer case is in low range...supposed to change the shift points. I just have mine connected to a push button and...
Ok I admit I' m a bit of a slacker on the tire rotation...just have never seen this wear pattern even with old tires that were never rotated. I will rotate them and maybe they will even out..thanks.

Hi all,
Sorry about lack of info, 31x10.50 on 15x8 rims and about 35-36 psi. The attached photo is not my truck but wear pattern is identical.

Hi all,
Just a quick question about strange tire wear on my truck and what a possible cause may be. I installed new set of BFG mud terrain KO's a few years ago and have since put about 10k miles on them and the fronts ( more driver side) has a funny wear pattern that every second row of lugs...

Hi all,
Just found some decent ones and going to install, from what I gather people are removing mounting brackets from old seat sliders and attaching to PT sliders? Is this the accepted method? Does it matter to use original sliders or PT sliders?.

I have the same set of gauges and have never had the problem. As stated I would check the red (keyed 12 volt ignition wire). Have you asked speedhut tech support? Gauges have lifetime warranty on internal circuit board and 5 years on rest.
Brian
You can buy a small gauge to connect to the factory fuel rail port to check fuel pressure. Not too expensive...if the pressure drops much below 60 psi it may not start or run right like mine did. Then i knew the pump died for sure as it read like 20 psi.

Hi,
I have the same engine, when you turn the key do you hear pump turn on for a few secs? If not i'd check fuel pump fuse in the small fuse block supplied by BD. Should be I think 20 amp fuse...I can check mine. First time for me was fuse second was pump itself. If using external pump I have...
Elbert,
Could not have said it any better myself, after all this I took the liberty of doing a crawl around under and in my truck to see exactly how it was done so here goes front to back:
No charcoal canister as there are no other fuel lines other than the new hard fuel line from fuel rail...
