If you've got a 100 series and need someplace to mount electronic or other components inside the engine bay, please get in touch with me. I replaced this with a larger one. Just pay shipping and it's yours. See my dual battery post (Slider35 Dual Battery Setup) for details.
Not serious and the solution is not likely found inside your dash. There are two sensors on top of/near the transfer case. It's common for these sensors to go, leaving you with no indication of the state of the diff lock.
Ha! Good question. I think the canister is down underneath closer to the frame. Now I'm going to have to look for it next time I'm working on the LC. I can smell it's working so it's gotta be attached somewhere..
I like the Blue Sea products. My fuse panels I'm using are from them. Quality...
This question is for those of us considering having our rigs painted, wrapped, or monstalined. How much surface area are we talking about?. Anyone ever measure? I searched, but came up empty.
I'll give it a few days. If nobody has posted the details, I'll do the measuring and put it up here.
Thanks. I chose the 7611 for the 12.25V open circuit option. Will put this on a switch inside and it will allow both batteries to be combined for longer period (vs 12.75) if I want while giving me piece of mind that I'll have one battery with at least 12.25 V in the tank.
Take care to orient cables correctly and maintain orientation while crimping.
I forgot to connect the ACR to ground and had a curious moment when I first fired it up and the system wouldn't charge second battery. After connecting, system is working as designed.
I'm posting from phone so I...
Fabbed up standoff for positive factory terminal.
Beginning at starting battery I created positive cables first. I worked my way around the engine bay cutting, crimping, and routing each cable one at a time. Had some extra red loom hanging around so decided to use it. More of a pain than it...
Knocked out my weekend project a day early. Took some pictures along the way. Time to share.

I noticed in my 2004 LC same as you describe in first post after I installed Slee shocks and OME torsion bars. My alignment specs at the time are attached. I adjusted my lift according to Slee's manual, give or take 1/4" between sides and front and back specs.
What I had to do to settle the...
I have owned a 2007 LX and am currently driving a 2004 LC. If I recall correctly, one and a half revolutions of the steering wheel would take me from straight to full lock turning right or left going parking lot speeds. The same cannot be said with the 2004 LC. I think I've got to give it 2.5 to...
Still haven't made a final decision on this. Have been riding around with the hole in the headliner for a while now. Anyway, it's starting to look like a couple pairs of USB charging ports will be installed with a couple of ram mounts that can fold up out of the way. I saved the metal backing...
I'd keep the AHC if it's working for you. Will give you a good baseline. I've had 2007 LX with AHC and Slee Hi Mode override. Loved it. Fit 296/70/18 Trail Grapplers with some trimming. Had front and rear ARBs as well. If you don't adjust your springs/bars to match any added weight, your fluid...
