Knocked out my weekend project a day early. Took some pictures along the way. Time to share.

Shopping list:
Slee battery tray
Blue Sea 7611 ACR
25 feet flexaprene #2 welding cable
3/8 #2 terminals
Heat shrink tubing (recommend adhesive based if you can find it)
Hydraulic crimper (harbor freight has one for 50 bucks)
120 amp ANL fuses (2)
ANL Fuse holder
Custom electronics bracket

Slee battery tray before

And after. Follow directions that come with it. I did not remove the air box.

Fabbed up a platform for electronics to rest on. It's going in the spot reserved for AHC system.

Fabbed up standoff for positive factory terminal.

Beginning at starting battery I created positive cables first. I worked my way around the engine bay cutting, crimping, and routing each cable one at a time. Had some extra red loom hanging around so decided to use it. More of a pain than it was worth as its not staying in place due to nonadhesive shrink tube.

Take care to orient cables correctly and maintain orientation while crimping.

I forgot to connect the ACR to ground and had a curious moment when I first fired it up and the system wouldn't charge second battery. After connecting, system is working as designed.

I'm posting from phone so I imagine I'll read this later and adjust for better continuity, but for now, here it is. More to come now that foundation is in place!

Nice clean install!

Why did you go with the #7611 Battery Link over the #7610 SI Series that isolates batteries when discharging/cranking?

Thanks. I chose the 7611 for the 12.25V open circuit option. Will put this on a switch inside and it will allow both batteries to be combined for longer period (vs 12.75) if I want while giving me piece of mind that I'll have one battery with at least 12.25 V in the tank.

I like those positive battery terminal covers, where did you get them?

Nice work. You used the same isolator I used (blue sea). I had heck of a time making custom brackets, where is your evap canister? you got all that room! nice

Ha! Good question. I think the canister is down underneath closer to the frame. Now I'm going to have to look for it next time I'm working on the LC. I can smell it's working so it's gotta be attached somewhere..

I like the Blue Sea products. My fuse panels I'm using are from them. Quality.

I've fabbed a few small things for the LC and I always start out with cardboard and cut and bend the shapes I'll need. Taking the time to get that done right makes the fabrication part go pretty quickly.
