@gaberelli 2nd clip should have you at about 3'' of lift with factory front bumper. 3rd clip you're probably sitting at ~3.75'' unless i missed something in a previous post.
I think 2nd clip on this is the sweet spot. rides great and looks nice and level with the back.
no obd scanner is used. You can use a paper clip to connect the two ports.
Not sure about your speedometer , but the abs/vsc lights come on sometimes when you lift these. Not common but it does happen. Hop on youtube and search for ''toyota zero point calibration reset'' and that should clear...
I think both designs do the job, never have an issue with our lower puck. Same with the upper. I think Metal Tech and similar use that approach to consolidate an isolator and bumpstop.
I hope so. We are actually coming out with a really nice rear spanner tool that has waaaay more leverage on it. the current tool isnt that great I'll be honest. Theres too much preload ont the spring to really crank on it.
Dang they should be in the box. no charge there. If anyone is missing one then holler at your boy and we'll send one out immediately.
We are actually coming out with a new design for the rear load leveling setup to make life much easier. We are sending those out to anyone that already has...
Glad you found that out. We've all been there. I had a cb antenna on the back of one of my older land cruisers and never made a noise. as soon as i put my cargo box on the roof, the antenna would ride this air wave coming off the box and SLAP the antenna against the truck violently. i couldnt...
@Corndogger thats a tough on to pin point. the noise has been there since day 1 with the kit? Like Adventure family said, i would first point fingers at your driveshafts/rear diff. Like Adventure said, start with the easy/cheap stuff. grease all the u-joints. I would also look at the...
@schuy2147 MetalTech has it on their site.

The lift isnt the issue, its the oem wheel offset thats the deal breaker. A 33 will not work on the factory wheel without wheel spacers. The factory wheel on these have a pretty weak offset and you'll simply have your tire rubbing onto the front suspension components.
@nijat12 Post up a photo lets check it out. If we are literally talking 1/4'' here thats roughly 7mm difference. We are also measuring on the wacky gx fender arches which arent dead even front to back.
Lets see what you ended up with.
@Matsui The alignment is fine, its your axles, driveshafts/u joints that need to be looked at.
-your cv axles up front. look for ripped boots, exposed grease, dented boots (as sign that the axle was mishandled or even dislocated).
-front and rear drive shafts...specifically all 4 u-joints...
@HDrdglid Ah shoot sorry man...the site has been hit-or-miss on notifying me....
Yeah we dont have another option for heavier builds right now for the FJ's. I usually send people over to Toytec or similar brands for that. Our shocks have the valving to support the weight, but I would...
dang! Sorry you went through that. Not sure how the wholesale side handles the accounts, Wondering if our factory here and Marcor's orders got their lines crossed or something.
But glad you were able to get something for the truck at a good deal.
However, since you went Dobs...you must...
460 kit will be slightly different. Currently all done designing and just need to get them produced down on the factory floor. We are based in California so Covid restrictions are high again, I'd expect the 460 kit to be ready in couple months unfortunately.
