   Could it be a problem with the controls for the evap system where your BLOWER is pressurizing the tank? Like inflating a balloon.

   At this point I think I would "T" into the line that goes to the charcoal canister and run a hose to a gauge inside the cab. This way you could monitor any pressure or vacuum conditions in the system. I would want to try determine if it is a venting issue or a physical one. At least then you...
