Don't confuse "throttle cable" with "accelerator cable".
The throttle cable is the "kick-down cable" in our vernacular.

Toyota classifies parts by movement, A through F (skipping E). A is most popular and F is discontinued or a brand new part with no history.
C is slow-moving. It could still discontinue before dropping to F.
In this case the part is still live because the "Status Code" shown in the lower right...
