Yeah, sadly that happened years ago due to photo host stuff. After finding a new host and relinking all the pics in my build thread I was done relinking everything. Sorry.
I rode shotgun on the McGrew Trail ride and grabbed some video of Clint's rig in action. Here's a link.
McGrew Trail Ride 7-2011
It did very well! He let me drive out to the road from camp and it was enjoyable to drive. Needs just some minor tuning for that turbo to light a little...
....next important feature is that it shut down when the key was turned off.
It's great to see that thing running. It was a successful day! Now it will be fun to get that turbo hooked up and hear it spool.
Wow, you got tons of hood clearance. This will be nice with the weight down low.
Zach's got some family stuff on the 21st. I still have that day off, do you need more help?
Actually the stock one is really tiny so it's a perspective thing.
Clint that turbo looks like a much better size than the stock one, it'll be fun to play with it and it should give you growing room. I drove Chad's truck this week doing some research for tranny shifting and now I have...
That's because I drool on all your tools and that makes them easier to use.
Sorry man, we just don't work normal schedules so we got together whenever it lined up. We'll be at it again next Tuesday if you feel like calling in sick. As for the boggers, I'm doing an experiment with my old tires.
Great job Clint, it's great being able to get into the engine and see how things are looking. For me it always helps visualize stuff when troubleshooting too. Looking forward to seeing your injectors bench flowed on Tuesday.
FINALLY! It's been so hard keeping this quiet. I'm glad it's finally out.
I helped Clint go pick up the truck and aside from the tranny gate being a guess it was fun to drive. No overdrive made it a slower day driving it back but the engine did great, especially for not being run for...
Dug these up from some summertime wheeling out in TSF. I needed to test some changes on my rig and Dirtgypsy came to make sure I didn't get in trouble.
That looks great! Funny, I got side tracked from what I was doing this week and cut out my rear tailgate too. Will you be at the meeting tomorrow night?
Pics from the last work party. Sorry I couldn't help get that welder more dialed in. Think I'll bring over some scrap next time to play around more with it. I know it's more than capable. Anyways we worked on putting Dirtgypsy's sliders back on. Little by little I'm working on Clint to cut...
Went wheeling with Dirtgypsy this week. Just some mellow stuff out at Brown's camp.
Maybe he'll post up some pics of his front shock hoops and rear shock mounts.
