   Led-Turn Signals Don't Flash

   Damn, I hate it when Poser beats me. Essentially both answers are similar. The voltage is set so the power is determined by the load (resistance).

   Led-Turn Signals Don't Flash

   The set up in the 40 is that if it thinks a bulb is burnt out the flashers won't work to let you know. It detects this (I think) by resistance. If you wired in something in place of the OEM stuff, then it needs to mimic the resitance of the old setup to work. That's my guess, someone...
