    I was able to build a ~36 gallon tank out of one 4’ x 8’ x 3/16” sheet of 5052 aluminum. It also included baffles and mounts for the same pedestal style mounting setup that you have on yours.

    With or without the fans? The $800 is no electric fan(s) OR shroud. Just radiator with the LS sized inlet/outlet, and steam port.

    You could probably email them and find out if they could put the inlet and outlet where you need them and the right size too.
