    This isn't a 200 issue - it's a Land Cruiser issue, at least since the 80 series. My 80 had the issue, I've read of several 100 and 200 series with the behavior.

Last time I had it in CO we were at about 10,000ft in the summer and when I removed the gas gap, fuel was literally spraying out of the tank and I could hear what sounded like boiling.
