    Mike, there is usually something on the underside when it’s doing that on the surface. Have you been able to inspect it closely from both sides. If the underside is good and there are no holes etc. then it can be ground down, treated, floated and then painted. Otherwise you’ll want to patch it...

    The only way you guys will get a quality job at a reduced rate is to do it yourself. I’ve painted a few cruisers in the last year or more and my material costs alone are $1500-2000 for quality stuff. I’m not up to speed on Eastwood as I get my paint from a regional supplier.
