    Power Seat binding, only one lead screw is turning

    Noticed today that my power seat was binding up and would only move a few inches or so before it crapped out. I unbolted the seat to get a better look and only the lead screw on the RH side of the drivers seat is turning. The LH lead screw of the driver's seat is stationary. Any ideas?

    How do you know when your Birfs need attention?

    At low speeds (think backing out of the driveway, through a parking lot, etc) I feel what seems like light grinding/popping in the floorboard/pedal. Is this a sign that the birfs need servicing or just something normal with an all-time AWD with birfs?
