I wish that were true. The Sequoia is comparable to a Tahoe/Yukon -- it's the cargo room behind the 3rd row that makes the difference. It's virtually nonexistent in the Sequoia vs. burb.
I wish they had a Sequoia L that could be a direct competitor to the Suburban.
Do this. There are many horror stories about bad replacements (myself included) so be as picky as possible. I also recommend running it through a carwash and/or soaking it really well with a hose to check for leaks. A competent shop won't mind you bugging them to do everything right.
I was in your boat; I only had a valet key for my 03 LX. I went through a Lexus dealer who had to reprogram the ECU. Your $371 quote is about what it took.
I recommend getting a 2nd master key (which I think is easier once you have one) so you don't have to do it again.
Thanks! I went with the MTRs because, for me, it came down to: "when far out in the thick of things, what tire do I really want."
Mainly because they were well-received all over the yota world, the kevlar sidewalls, and their performance on the rocks and in mud. They've been excellent off road...
5% in the back and 50% up front. Wish I could do 5% all around but I'd be pushing my luck in CA. Helps a ton with the heat out here and I really like the added privacy (you can't see who's sitting in the back or what I have back there, even up close). I think it looks better too.
^^ driver...
Aside from the 105, this is obviously not in America.
American girls be like "why the hell am I airing up the tires while your monkey ass takes pictures?" :flipoff2:
Rad pictures dude!
