Working through my SMOG crap troubleshooting a 401 and 402... broke the locking taps on both the TBPS and other clip (not sure what it is). Started tracing the wires... this does not look good... it appears to be tied into the harness.
Anyone else solved for this or had the same issue/fix...

Well, I have resorted to help. I mostly work my through it but this one has me stumped.
Three is an image of the switch diagram below. What I am trying to do is have one switch for two lights.
On 2=3 for rear light
On 2=3, 5=6 for rear + undercarriage light
I have had the switch...

I have limited switch space in my 80. Wanted to use one 3 position (off/on/on) rocker switch to control two independent 18W (1.2amp draw) lights. It would work like this... first position "on" kicks on my backup LED and second position "on" would turn them both on at the same time.

Mine dont seem to work. Lights on but neither side will work. Bulbs look fine. Come to think of it... not sure they ever did since I have owned the truck. I have an ARB bumper with the running lights and they look to be tied into these as well. Guess I am looking for any easy fix or thoughts...

Front (locked) third..
Need to reseal the front diff during a knuckle rebuild and havent removed an elocker version before. FSM says there are 11 nuts for a locked front. Only found 8 staring...
Been looking all over the net and even called my local dealer... no luck.
Anyone know what these little interior nuts are called? I know where they go but cannot find the diagram and part #s to order new ones. These two are blown out. :beer::beer::beer::beer:
Had some new bushings put in the front control arms (axle and frame side). Guy could not get one bolt out and had to heat the hell out of it so, I ordered a new OEM from the dealer. Went to replace it this morning... not the same bolt. The pic shows the differences in shank length and...
