the pics show it. the shackle out at 35 deg is the passenger and it almost never moves. the one folded up against the frame is the driver and it bangs around constantly. audibly bottoming out on the frame then sometimes flexing back down to about 25 deg. as the other side does not move it screws...

just bought a sas pickup with no front driveshaft. just trying to figure out and get ideaas on a solution. the local gear center says the u joint off the txcase is at 38 deg angle and this is hard to do and expensive like 1k.blow me.... i have a double cardan from the 85 donor truck and some...

so it is normal for the doors not to worried. the roof has me a little worried as it is the B pillar (i think) and on both sides of the pig. all the doors except driver work and close good BUT it did have a roof rack so maybe that caused the fatigue cracks.
