I have a kit that I bought from http:///www.ruffstuffspecialties.com which includes Front SOA kit with two caster plates to tailor to your application, two rear spring perches and all the u-bolts. Also included are shackle hangers and leaf spring hangers to do a shackle reversal. The truck these were going on has been wrecked so I no longer need these. I am asking $250 plus the ride.
