Just curious what kind of towing mpg's you guys are getting? We bought our first camper a few weeks back and on our recent trip I averaged 6 mpg!! Trailer weighs just under 5k lbs and 200 has 35's on factory gears. Front and rear Arbs and loaded down with kiddos. It only gets 10-11 mpg with...
Its actually comical. I come here for advice and get told to "google it." I then reference google and get advised of how google is incorrect! Hahaha. Thanks everyone.
Your exactly right. And then I get everyone's 2 cents and questions about why would I install a front locker and no rear locker...maybe because I already have a rear locker. No worries though, its to be expected when dealing with online forums.
Looking for recommendations on a mechanic/shop to install 4.88's and front ARB in my 08 LC around metro ATL. I'm in N. Ga but willing to drive a little. Thanks
Haha! I have a love/hate relationship with my 200. She loves to eat cv boots and axles but other than that Ill probably hold on to her. She's taken me to hell and back and has a few battle scars but all in all I love it!

Thanks for the replies. Ive been searching too and things lead to the Outer Banks. It looks like you can ferry out to Cape Lookout National Seashore and camp right on the Ocean. I'll check out Carova beach too. Thanks!
First off if this in is the wrong thread, moderator please relocate for me. Thanks!
I am in search of a place that most likely does not exist...a remote, private beach camping spot? I have a 200 series LC and built my own adventure/off-road trailer with RTT. We have 3 small boys and 2 dogs...
I'm taking the family on a road/camping trip from Ga to Michigan in a few weeks. We are pulling our adventure trailer with roof top tent. Our plan is to head up the western side of Michigan along Lake Michigan, see Sleeping Bear, Traverse City then cross into the UP, see Pictured Rocks on our...
Worked great. Its kind of a pain in the a** to install because the block off plates are between the engine and firewall. But once installed I haven't had any other issues. Cleared engine codes and good to go since. It did sit outside for 3-4 days in single digit weather without being crunk...
