Not enough suction I bet to get much out. The transmission is really a big pump, let it do the work for you. I can do a full flush on one of these in 20-30 minutes now that I’ve done it a couple times.
Slightly off topic but I’m thinking you all might be the right folks to ask. Wife has a 2016 570, factory pads and they squeal all the time in parking lots and at low speeds, plenty of life left. I’m looking at going Akebono pads and OEM rotors. Don’t need anything crazy as she does not off...
I did not, I’m very lucky as I only live an hour or so from OTRAMM, one day I’ll get it up there and have him look. It’s not horrible or even bad, so I haven’t messed with it. Has not gotten worse.
So after driving my 04 Tundra for more than 20 minutes I get the AC blinking light. From what I can tell the famous MAG Clutch Relay easy fix is not applicable to my year of truck as from what I can tell as it is built into my compressor, please correct me if I am wrong because when I look in...
I have not had a car payment since my late 20s. Everyone tried to tell me how great the write off is on buying new equipment on my business. For me to spend a dollar to get 30 cents or so back on my taxes…ummm that math doesn’t work. I’ll keep the 70 and give the 30 to Uncle Sam. I think a...
So after you got me thinking….I’m wondering if the access cab carpet would be enough just to get me to where the rear seat starts? That would be enough coverage to get rid of all the disgusting carpet in the truck…does that make sense? In essence where people’s feat rest in the back would have...
Unfortunately all of the online vendors only do the access cab.
Under 500 bucks for this ole farm truck is what I’m willing to spend. I’m sure Toyota wants over a grand…?
This is much more than normal business practices. Charging more than list price in many areas of business is illegal and punishable by federal law. This forum is one of the largest Toyota forums in the world and the members should be aware of these matters of over charging. We do not care...
Up until a couple years ago McGeorge would always give a nice discount to local folks buying parts from the service counter. Example, a couple years ago I needed a starter and I believe list price was 400, and they sold it to me for 300. Well, yesterday I had to buy a simple drive belt. On...
I do think it is ridiculous how dealerspships parts departments are now charging over list price. Ourisman, recently McGeorge, just charged me 80 bucks for a belt that they have on their own parts website at 66 and marked down to 47 if you buy it online and have it shipped.
I’m done with any aftermarket parts. Even something as simple as a drive belt, it needs to be OEM. The Dayco that a mechanic used as my daughter is in college and I couldn’t do it myself as she’s several hours away, lasted less than 2 years. Put a new OEM one on today and the noise went away...
