I believe these to be OEM fender mirrors from a JDM xJ40 (based on the PO description and pictures). I bought these to use on my 40 but have decided that I don't want them (I'll probably regret this decision as these are pretty rare and unique).
They are complete as shown - I bought them but never got as far as installing them. The come with all 4 of the proper rubber insulators and a bunch of stainless hardware. BOTH mirrors are convex. One of the plastic mirror backs has a crack that does not impact operation or adjustment and can be seen in the picture. The metal rod bits could use a bit of sanding and some fresh paint - the rust you see is just surface... See the picture of them installed on the PO's truck before I bought them...
