Looking to buy JAOS wheels and run 285/55/20. Will they rub with 55 offset or buy 38 offset? I don't want to get flares. Has anyone bought JAOS 38 offset here? Someone left a review for a 38 offset wheel (JAOS TRIBECROSS 20x9.0J 38 6H139.7 TITANIUM GOLD WHEEL FOR LEXUS LX600 2022- B952091TGD - https://www.blackhawkjapan.com/products/jaos-b952091tgd-2?_pos=9&_sid=10fb91045&_ss=r) hopefully he is here and can comment on the fit and tire size.
From previous threads here JAOS 55 doesn't rub with 265/50/20

Would anyone with AHC comment on the change in ride quality from switching the stock 22’s to 20’s or 18’s? I assume the ride gets even better but would prefer real world experiences. Thanks!
Would love to see a picture of your rig….The stock Dunlops on 22's were definitely smoother than the Falken Wildpeak 285/65R18's I have now but it's still incredibly smooth.

Thx! Ordered jaos 55 offset already they had a good discount for holidays. Will get them ready for summer. I think there is plenty evidence here for 275/60r20 micheline ltx being good. Installing nokian.haka10 studded 275/50 on f sport R 22 next week. i think its only +5mm hopefully wouldnt rub. I will report.I had some rubbing on the UCA with 285/50R22's with the stock wheels (55 offset IIRC). The 285/55R20 are almost an inch smaller in diameter so you might be ok depending on the tire brand. The Discount Tire near me is great about test fitting tires so if you have one nearby, try and see. I would definitely go with the 38 offset though if I were getting new rims. My TRD BBS 18" rims hve a 47 offset and i'm running 285/6518's and they have a lot of room now.
Please report back on the R22 install (with pic if you can). I will eventually need new tires and want to move away from the Dunlaps. ThanksThx! Are the 18’s E rated?
Just to confirm that you are running 38 offset?Hey that's my ride...lol
I'm running 285/55/20 and no rub whatsoever. Perfect fitments imo and very happy.
How’s the ride quality compared to stock?285/50/22 Toyo Open Country AT3's, no rub so far. This visual is in the H1 setting, H2 looks pretty sweet though.
