Love to hear if anyone thinks this will be an issue. There is some slight scoring on the crankshaft where the front main seal rides. It is pretty small but you can still feel it with your finger.

Yeah thats ugly and needs to be fixed. Should be able to get it ground by a machine shop. Will have to check the tolerance for the seal too, to make sure it will still work.
 
Maybe polish then install SKF Speedi Sleeve.
 
Lack of oil and filter changes causes that. Microscopic particles in the oil settle around the seals and the friction wears grooves in the shaft.
 
Thanks for the input. Measured the pins and they are a bit worn too. Just gonna get a new crank. Might as well since everything else is going to be new.
