I know there are threads involving seat heater repair, but I am thinking about replacing my seat leather, and I was thinking about replacing the seat heater pads while I'm in there.

Does anyone have any experience with aftermarket seat heating pads? I have seen universal kits that have their own switch, fuse, etc., but I was hoping there is something that would simply plug into the existing seat heater harness (maybe with a little modification) and use the existing wiring? Also, I thought it might be nice to add heating pads on the back and maybe even the bolsters.

Any suggestions, experience, or links to aftermarket (less expensive that factory) seat heaters would be appreciated.

If this info is already on the forum, feel free to direct me to that info (I did spend some time searching, but didn't come up with much other than general info on trouble shooting existing factory seat heaters or replacing with factory pads...).

Thanks
