Hey friends,
I'm in the process of redoing the leather seats in my 2000 LX470. I have the seats recovered and pulled the old seat heater and installed a new one from Leatherseats.com. I need to bypass the old system and wiring as the fuse for the seat heaters is in the engine block fuse box, and I'm hoping to use a fuse plug and plug into one of the spots in the driver's side interior fuse box. I previously had my old AHC system replaced with an Iron Man lift, and the company that did it for my disconnected the old system since this one is static. Question is: can I pull the fuses from the AHC system and plug into it, or will I cause issues/warning lights by doing so?
I have two AHC fuses (#s44 & 50)...I was hoping to use one for the passenger side heater and one for the driver's side. Is this feasible??
