Not easy to get to.
Disassembly Order Matters: Did front banjo 1st, then rear Banjo
Then Lots of extensions to get 12MM Bolts in bracket that hold it on.

Silt in Filter was pretty nasty.
Left filter out in sun for a few days then cut it with hack saw for Forensics.
Had lots of black very fine silt in residual gas and in filter media (cardboard)

Replaced with Bosch (made in Japan) that looked exactly like a rebranded OEM.

Some patience and a lot of extensions and you can get it without pulling the intake. I know as I did it twice on my old '97. Hopefully it's been replaced once and the installer slotted the bracket so you don't have to take the bolt all the way out.

Took a shower in gasoline. But with patience and time I was able to remove mine from underneath. Like I said, gas shower. Threw away the shirt and shorts. I did this after I had replaced the sock on the fuel pump. Good times.
