The part numbers are the same but I've seen on some 102 and others 103. I have some 103 and am wondering if it the same stuff just perhaps newer?

00295-00102 Is made In japan

00295-00103 Is made in the USA


Its my opinion the 102 is slightly thicker recipe

the 103 is slightly thinner ,

and slightly means just slightly
