If you can, please note how you have the bump stops adjusted. I want to avoid taking them out to tweak them if I get it wrong the first time. Are you doing front and back with them?

Nice! I found the boots cover up the rebound adjustment, bring extra zip ties on the trail if you need to tweak them.

Not at all, it was pretty much identical to the Safari OG that I replaced. BUT I did upgrade to v-band down pipe at the same time, so if it was slightly clocked different I may not have noticed.

I'd reach out to them first. Mine is still doing great as a replacement and I drive it pretty hard.
