You aren't looking for anything called "Auxiliary Output" you're looking for any switched 12v wire. As thedoughboy said, the positing wire on the cig lighter is one option.

Also, the secondary battery being isolated means it will NOT be used for starting. The batteries will be combined only after your main get's charged to 13.7 volts.
I just looked up the instructions. The wire you are asking about is to go to an LED that you would buy. It would just light up that led when connecting the batteries. It sounds like as long as you wired your main battery to the "Sense" side of the relay, and your Aux battery to the "Second...
Doesn't sound crazy to me. I thought I was going to need a new engine mine sounded so bad the other day. It ended up being the bottom of the shroud rubbing on the fan. I just broke that part off for now.
I did a little googling and the centerbore is way smaller than the toyota's. You would need a machine shop to bore out the center of the wheel. I've had it done in the past and it wasn't a big deal at all.

I had a similar problem. The AC would work from time to time, but it was completely at random. Ended up being expansion valve, thermistor, and something else, I can't remember. Like others have said, I would check the expansion valve.
