I posted somewhere the I repaired this with JB weld. I found the little tab crazy glued it in place and then built up and around it with JB Weld. You could easily form the tab with JB Weld.
Thank you, at least that answers that question. I did check the fuse "4wd" #12 20A in the interior fuse box and its good. I guess I can pull the switch and check for power on both sides.

Mine was blowing warm in summer and I just had it evacuated and recharge at the dealer. Blows cold and warm now but the fan is weak. I can hear it blowing but flow isn’t strong.

Mystery box one has some brake pads, rotors, funky tail lights, 2 ECU and 2 new OEM with W/S xtra cab rear glass with xtra cab stickers. I won't get to the other box this trip. There might be a 3rd box of stuff.
